Mayor Lori Lightfoot and the city's Department of Planning and Development on Thursday invited community organizations, developers and businesses to apply for the city's Equitable Transit-Oriented Development grant program. The $10 million in grants will fund initiatives to renovate or build new spaces led by local leaders in pre-development and development costs. Recipients will also receive technical assistance for their plans. Additional information and applications for the pre-development and development grants is available online.
