Cook County Board President Toni Preckwinkle this week announced the appointments of Tanya Anthony to Chief Financial Officer of the county’s Bureau of Finance and Zahra Ali to Chief Administrative Officer of the county’s Bureau of Administration. Both Anthony and Ali will begin their new roles Jan. 1 and county commissioners are expected to approve the appointments during their January meeting.
