Choose Chicago on Tuesday unveiled its list of participants for the 2023 Chicago Restaurant Week. The 16th celebration of Chicago Restaurant Week will run from Jan. 20 through Feb. 5, according to a Choose Chicago news release. The 335 participants represent 34 Chicago neighborhoods.
