Cook County Chief Judge Timothy Evans has put county Associate Judge Mohammad Ghouse on “restricted duties” after Ghouse was charged with driving under the influence in DuPage County, Evans announced Wednesday. Ghouse has been assigned to the “Office of First Municipal District Presiding Judge E. Kenneth Wright, Jr., where he will perform administrative duties only, subject to further order of the court,” according to the announcement.
