The Cook County Commission on Human Rights announced in a newsletter Tuesday that it would soon launch a new online complaint form for members of the public who wish to report human rights code, wage and paid leave law violations to the human rights commission. The online form, which will only be available in English upon launch but is expected to be available later in other languages, will act as a supplement to the existing printable complaint forms.
