The CTA is holding a career fair from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday at Malcolm X College in hopes of hiring more bus operators and bus mechanics, according to a news release from the transit agency. The CTA is offering new hires paid training, a $1,000 hiring bonus and benefits including increased hourly wages, according to the news release.
