Cook County Comm. Stanely Moore (D-4) has been named First Vice President of the National Association of Black County Officials, he announced on Monday. Founded in 1975, the association is a “networking forum that provides research sharing and information advocating on behalf of African American both appointed and elected County officials nationwide.”
