Former U.S. Congressman and current Special Envoy to Northern Ireland for Economic Affairs, Joseph Kennedy III, will speak to the City Club of Chicago this Friday, May 3, during the lunch hour. While serving as a congressman from Massachusetts, Kennedy sat on the House Energy and Commerce committee.
