Chicago Announcements April 20, 2023

Cook County Treasurer Maria Pappas announced on Wednesday that her office is showcasing more than 40 pieces of artwork from 28 Korean artists from Illinois and New York through May 10. The art is on display at the Cook County Building, 118 N. Clark St. in Room 112. “This is not the first time my office has shown the artwork of people of a specific heritage, but this presentation of Korean artists is truly unique,” Pappas said in a news release. “These artists take the mundane and make it magical.”
