    Celina Villanueva officially chosen for Silvana Tabares’ open seat

    Community organizer Celina Villanueva will fill the 21st District House seat left vacant by Silvana Tabares, who was appointed last month to the Chicago City Council.

    Community organizer Celina Villanueva will be sworn in as the State Representative for the 21st House District Tuesday morning.
