    Gov. JB Pritzker — The governor will participate in a roundtable discussion with Illinoisans impacted by federal action and funding cuts during the first year of Trump’s second presidential term at 12 p.m. at HaiBayo Coffee, 1132 W. Argyle St., in Chicago and will make an announcement celebrating International Jazz Day at 2 p.m. at the Chicago Cultural Center. 

    President Toni Preckwinkle — The president has no public events.

    Mayor Brandon Johnson — The mayor will attend an International Jazz Day press conference in GAR Hall at the Chicago Cultural Center at 2 p.m. and will attend the Northwest Side Report-Back Budget Town Hall at Hairpin Arts Center, 2810 N. Milwaukee Ave., at 6:30 p.m.

Can I pay for my membership with a check?

We accept checks from businesses and organizations who are purchasing individual and group annual memberships. You can go here to begin that process.

How do I cancel my membership?

Simply go to your membership setting and click cancel or you can go here membership-support.

Do I receive a a refund for cancelling or downgrading a membership?

There are no refunds or credits issued for a canceled or downgraded memberships.

Do I receive credit for time left on my existing membership if I am upgrading to a new membership?

Yes.  For all annual memberships that are either upgrading to the TDL Professional tier or expanding to a group membership a pro-rated credit for the time remaining on the existing membership will be applied to the new membership package's total. To do so, go here and complete the form. A member of the team will be in touch shortly after to assist in this matter. 

Just to note, there are no refunds or credit for canceled or downgrading memberships.
