Brian Hopkins (2) in his latest newsletter wrote that due to concerns from CTA, a delay in emergency vehicle response times and the need for residential use, “the section of Division Street between State Parkway and Dearborn Street will be restored to full street access. As many neighbors know, this section of street has been closed for Expanded Outdoor Dining to help support businesses during very trying times.”
