Ald. Susan Sadlowski Garza (10) tweeted “On behalf of the 10th Ward Office, I would like to extend my condolences to the families and loved ones of the victims killed in Uvalde, Texas. Our Southeast Side community joins communities across the United States in mourning the tragic loss of another horrific mass shooting.”  

Ald. Raymond Lopez (15) tweeted “Parents must be held accountable for their children. Period. If they don’t know how to raise them, we need to be prepared to show them how to do that.”
