Ald. Raymond Lopez (15) tweeted “Last June we brought @ChiefDavidBrown before City Council to share his summer strategy & hear from alds about our local & citywide concerns. With crime growing exponentially, we are calling him, @PedroCPSCEO & @CHICAGO_ROSA to appear before us to discuss their summer strategy.”  

Ald. Silvana Tabares (23) tweeted “The mayor promised a “Summer of Joy” but so far it’s been the Summer from Hell.  Today, @RLopez15thWard, myself, and colleagues called for a council mtg to push Supt Brown, Parks Supt. Escareño and CPS CEO Pedro Martinez for their plans/solutions.”
