Ald. Raymond Lopez (15) tweeted “Earlier this morning, gang bangers shot an innocent man because they didn’t know who he was. There is no excuse for this behavior. He is now in serious condition. I have been in communication with @ChicagoCAPS09. While we await updates, please keep his recovery in your prayers.”

Harry Osterman (48) wrote in his latest newsletter that “Next Saturday, April 23rd is our annual 48th Ward Clean and Green, a day where neighbors come together to clean up our shared outdoor areas.
