    Flavored tobacco ban hits opposition as senior protection ordinance, pet sale restrictions pass committee

    A proposal to ban the sale of flavored tobacco in Chicago ran into a wall of opposition Monday from business owners, law enforcement and some aldermen who said the measure could backfire.
