Harris, a marketing agency to polled roughly 500 registered Chicago voters. The poll found 57 percent of registered voters felt things in city were “pretty seriously off track,” an improvement from September, when the number was 66 percent.

A few opted not to endorse in the Cook County Board President race between Toni Preckwinkle and former alderman Bob Fioretti, either.
