Council to consider putting $75M transfer fee from Stonepeak deal toward pensions separate from annual, supplemental payments

The City Council on Monday could approve an ordinance that would require the $75 million payment agreed to under the deal that transferred the rights to the city’s parking meters to a new lessee to be put into the city pension system separately from any other statutory or supplementary payments.
