The Chicago Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection (BACP) announced Monday that the final Chicago Small Business Expo of the year will be held on Oct. 5 from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Malcolm X College. BACP said the event will include a networking breakfast, an exhibition hall featuring 30 nonprofits and government agencies, workshops and a keynote address by Baron Waller, who has founded 10 Culver's franchises.
