The city’s Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Chicago Department of Aviation at 3 p.m. Nov. 16 will host a webinar on opening a restaurant or retail shop at O'Hare and Midway Airports. Attendees will learn about the Request for Proposals (RFP) process and operating a business at the airport. Registration is available online.
