Chicago Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection Comm. Ken Meyer and Mayor’s Office for People with Disabilities Comm. Rachel Arfa on Wednesday will hold an awards ceremony to honor 10 taxicab drivers who have provided “premier customer service and dedication to riders with disabilities,” according to a news release. The ceremony will begin at 2 p.m. at Central West Community Center, 2102 W. Ogden Ave.
