Little Village members of the Chicago Teachers Union will hold a “#FreeTheFunds” rally and news conference at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday under the Little Village Arch at 26th Street and Albany Avenue to “demand the mayor invest some of the $1.4 billion in COVID relief funds CPS is currently hoarding in recovery supports for CPS students.”
