On Monday, the first day of in-person early voting for the April 4 runoff election, 13,332 Chicagoans cast their ballots across the city. That number is up compared to the 8,756 ballots that had been cast 14 days out from the 2019 runoff election and the 8,234 ballots that had been cast by the same time in 2015.
