The Chicago Board of Elections on Wednesday declared and proclaimed the final results of the Feb. 28 Municipal Election. According to the results, 14 aldermanic races and the race for mayor will go to runoff elections on April 4. Additionally, according to the final results, 566,973 ballots were cast during the Feb. 28 election for a citywide turnout of 35.85 percent.
