Ald. Harry Osterman (48) will host a community meeting at 6:30 p.m. Monday to discuss TimeLine Theatre's proposal to open a concert venue at 5033-35 N. Broadway. Their plans include "a 250-seat live performance theatre, rehearsal and office space, cafe, bar, and a museum," Osterman wrote in a Facebook notice. "My office has been working closely with leadership from TimeLine Theatre for years and believe they will be a strong economic and cultural anchor at the northern end of the Uptown Entertainment District."
