Businessman and mayoral candidate Willie Wilson is scheduled to hold a press conference at 11 a.m. Tuesday at 363 E. Wacker Dr. to announce his plans to fund another $2 million in gas and food giveaways. A news release from Wilson did not detail when and how the gas and good giveaways will occur.
