The Chicago Department of Transportation and Lyft on Wednesday unveiled a new model of e-scooter that includes new safety features and more comfortable riding. Divvy expects to add 500 of the new scooters, that include dual handbrakes and turn signals, to its fleet by the end of June. The addition will bring the company's total number of docked scooters to 1,500.
