The CTA on Wednesday released its latest scorecard on the “Meeting the Moment” Action Plan showing bus and rail reliability improved in January. According to the scorecard, which examines the transit agency’s monthly progress toward improving service, January saw “fewer long waits and more scheduled service delivered. According to the reports, bus service delivered in January was 92.7 percent, up from 83.4 percent in December 2022 and rail service delivered was 80.6 percent in January, up from 75.4 percent in December 2022.
