Chicago Announcements: (Tag; NL-CHI-ANN) 

Chicagoans can now apply to vote by mail for the Nov. 8 General Election. The application is available online, and voters can choose to receive their ballots in the following languages: English, Spanish, Chinese, Hindi, Polish, Korean and Tagalog. Ballots will begin to be sent to voters on Sept. 29.
