The Civic Federation is seeking nominations for its 31st Annual Motorola Solutions Foundation Excellence in Public Service Award. The Civic Federation gives out the award annually to a “non-elected state or local government employee in Illinois who has made an extraordinary impact on the quality of government services,” according to a Tuesday news release. The deadline to submit nominations is Sept. 19 and submissions must include the nominee’s name, title, government and email address and an overview of their achievements.
