The Public Building Commission is inviting construction firms to a Subcontractor Outreach Session at LaFollette Park on May 5 to “learn about potential subcontractor opportunities with BOWA Construction and Berglund/Brown & Momen JV,” which are leading construction of the Joint Public Safety Training Campus.
