Chicago Announcements April 15, 2022

The Chicago Department of Public Health on Thursday announced the launch of its “OneChiFam” website, described as a “comprehensive baby, adolescent, and family health site” with that aims to be a “valuable resource for both new and current parents that has important information they will need to know during their baby’s first year and beyond.”  

Metropolitan Planning Council will host a virtual event at 1 p.m. on April 28 titled “Perspectives on Planning: A Webinar on Developing Community Bicycle/Pedestrian Plans” with a panel featuring council transportation director Audrey Wennink, Niles village planner Nathan Bruemmer, Active Transportation Alliance advocacy manager Maggie Czerwinski and Richton Park Village Manager Regan Stockstell. Online registration is required.
