Mayor Brandon Johnson announced four new appointees to the City Colleges of Chicago Board of Trustees Wednesday: Rev. Dr. Marshall Elijah Hatch, Sr., Darlene Hightower, the former president and CEO of the Metropolitan Planning Council, Oscar Sanchez, co-executive director for the Southeast Environmental Task Force, and Katya Nuques. Nuques, who serves as director of the Little Village portfolio for the Robert R. McCormick Foundation, is also set to become the next board chair, according to the mayor's office.
