Gov. Bruce Rauner released his task force’s budget recommendation on Monday, estimating the costs to combat Legionella at the Quincy Veterans Home. The Combined Veterans’ Capital Needs Task Force Report says between $202-245 million spent over several years is needed following the state’s $6.4 million tab at the home.
