    County Wrap: Racial Tensions Flare, County Gets Long-Term Transportation Plan

    Accusations of racism flew at an otherwise routine Cook County Board meeting yesterday, which also saw adoption of a 25-year transportation plan and introduction of a healthcare program for the uninsured.
