By the end of day Tuesday, 91,870 Chicagoans had cast their ballots early and in-person for the April 4 runoff election. Additionally, the Chicago Board of Elections received 22,266 Vote By Mail ballots for a total of 114,136 ballots cast so far. That number is up compared to six days out from the runoff election in 2019 when 70,006 total ballots had been cast early and during the same time period in 2015 when 94,885 total ballots had been cast early.
